Open a .sqlite SQLite database file after file upload into a Node.js/Angular application

Published

I’m struggling a bit with opening and reading a SQLite file inside a Node.js, or better to say Angular (12) application. The Angular application offers file uploads, beside others uploading a .sqlite SQLite database file. After upload, I have the file in form of the common Web APIs File interface. Npm packages like sqlite3 or better-sqlite3 seem not to offer the possibility to open and query a .sqlite file if you have it as File/Blob in your hand in code, just by reading the file directly from the file system by handing the file path. Is there a way to open and query a .sqlite file after having it uploaded into an Angular app in the described way?
