FullCalender GMT doesn’t change from local

I’m using Angular,
When I click on week/day view I get the dateTime + GMT,
I can’t seem to disable the GMT, I want the calander to send the exact time I clicked on, or resize some event.

this is a click event example:

date: Tue Sep 10 2019 10:00:00 GMT+0300 (IL (summer)),
dateStr: "2019-09-10T07:00:00",
allDay: false,
dayEl: td.fc-day.fc-tue.fc-future,
jsEvent: MouseEvent, …}

I need to get the time of: ,
date: Tue Sep 10 2019 07:00:00,

How can I disable that GMT (+x hours) in Calander events?

I tried to put countries with 00:00 GMT in the timezone, it didn’t work as well.
